THERMOPLASTIC ROAD MARKING
Road Markings plays a very important role in the road safety, Its been designed to provide clear delineation and to warn of potential hazards, road markings are an essential element for road users. Thermoplastic is a hot-applied road marking compound for the creation of highly reflective strips on roads with long-term performance. Thermo Line Road Marking Contracting LLC use White and Yellow Thermoplastic Paint & Glass Beads for the marking services. The high quality and durability will be achieved from thermoplastic markings & also improve excellent reflection properties at night and even in wet conditions also, thermoplastics can be used to achieve additional alert features like delineation with an audible rumbling effect.
ACRYLIC ROAD MARKING
This type of paint is based on special acrylic and other resins to score over conventional Road Marking Paints in terms of superior weather and wear resistance.Acrylic road marking paint is used to mark lines, traffic markings and demarcations and additional drop-on glass beads used for better reflection. It has excellent adhesion, flexibility and hardness to road substrates like Stone, Asphalt, and Concrete etc.
COLD PLASTIC
Cold Plastic Road Marking has been categorized as most acceptable road marking method in European countries. Thermo line introduces the same concept in UAE due to its highly reliable performance.
SAND BLASTING
Thermo Line Road Marking Contracting LLC, has well-equipped team available to remove the existing markings using Sand Blasting. The old roadmarkings are required to be removed prior to the application of new road markings where ever any modifications has been made to redesigned the road traffic layout.Sand Blasting is an environmental friendlytechnique for the removal of existing road markings.

- Pre-mark the required markings areas
- For hand mould marking select the correct size mould, fill
bucket with thermoplastic from the pre-heaters and pour
required amount into the mould and drag accordingly to
mark the areas.
Repeat the same process vice-versa - Surface must be clean and free from debris or any oil spillages and water clogging, the application area should be dry and in ambient condition.

- Removal of existing road markings by using sand blasting method.
- 420 CFM compressor connected to the sand blasting pots and compression used to release the sand with high pressure to remove the existing marking.
- The pressure has to be monitored so that the road surface not to get damaged
